Mudras are gestures of the hand that produce a healing effect on the physical and emotional body. It is a powerful tool for removing any negativity and accelerating spiritual growth. In the workshop, Shubhraji leaded us simple chants and showed us how to use breath, visualization and gestures to help enhance our health, emotional and spiritual well being.
